Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate printing machinery and equipment to ensure continuous production flow and minimal downtime.
- Perform routine quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet company specifications and client requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by following all safety regulations and housekeeping protocols.
- Perform minor machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic operational issues to keep production running smoothly.
- Collaborate with the production team to schedule tasks, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, material defects, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production activities and quality control processes.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Printing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Printing Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of printing machines, materials, and production processes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are highly desirable.
- Willingness to work in shifts, overtime, or irregular hours as required by production needs.
