Tanggung Jawab
- Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications
- Troubleshoot system issues and resolve configuration problems
- Manage day-to-day HCM operations and user requests
- Implement and maintain system configurations
- Document support procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with IT teams on system upgrades and patches
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Train users on HCM application features and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM support
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management)
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database administration
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
