Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily and routine OSH inspections and comprehensive risk assessments across the poultry processing facility.
- Monitor and ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss reports to determine root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Coordinate with management to develop, organize, and deliver mandatory safety training programs for all staff levels.
- Manage the issuance, maintenance, inspection, and proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Monitor workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) conditions to prevent occupational hazards and fire risks.
- Prepare and maintain accurate OSH records, reports, and documentation as required by regulatory authorities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Relevant OSH certification (e.g., OSSH, NEBOSH) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience working in the manufacturing or processing industry, preferably within a food or poultry processing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and influence staff on safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically active industrial environment.
