Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging or manufacturing supervision
- Proficiency with packaging machinery and automation systems
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and food safety regulations
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
