Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently deliver parcels to customers within designated Senawang routes
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Load/unload packages with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Coordinate with dispatch team for route optimization and schedule adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year driving experience with clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of Senawang and Negeri Sembilan road networks
- Physical ability to handle packages up to 15kg
- Strong time management and route planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
