- Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and filing documents
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area ensuring a professional environment
- Assist with basic office support functions including mail handling, supply management, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Update and maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and other relevant records
- Support special events and activities as required by the organization
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk operations, or administrative roles preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
