Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits with a focus on resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of medical resources.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patient complaints and feedback, escalating critical issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the CRM system and ensure strict adherence to data privacy regulations.
- Organize and facilitate patient engagement activities, health awareness programs, and support groups.
- Collaborate closely with medical staff and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
- Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and analyze data to identify areas for service improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or patient relations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- A proactive problem-solver with a service-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help others.
- Valid Work Pass (Employment Pass or S Pass) for Singapore is required.
