Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in monitoring daily payment transactions and identifying any anomalies or discrepancies
- Support reconciliation processes between various payment channels and financial institutions
- Help maintain and update payment operation documentation and procedures
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Assist in resolving payment-related customer inquiries and issues
- Support data analysis and reporting for payment operations performance
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging payment technologies
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good understanding of payment systems, financial transactions, or basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in fintech and digital payment solutions
