Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate executive communications, filtering correspondence and managing information flow
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage office logistics, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for management personnel
- Facilitate meeting coordination, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all interactions
