Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetingsHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismAssist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentsCoordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itinerariesAct as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholdersManage incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondencePerform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Kualifikasi
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative roleExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills in both English and IndonesianProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyDiscretion and ability to handle confidential informationProactive and adaptable with a positive attitude
