Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize the Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, emails, and communications with discretion
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential reports, presentations, and official documents
- Act as primary liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize and maintain digital/physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist in meeting preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up action items
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Proven track record supporting C-level executives or senior management
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
