Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized financial consultations
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products (loans, credit cards, investments)
- Conduct market research to identify potential high-net-worth clients
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for financial products and services
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and KYC procedures
- Prepare and maintain accurate client records and transaction documentation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in personal banking or customer service roles
- Certification in financial planning (CFP/ChFC) or banking credentials preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital banking platforms
