Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and production targets.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure seamless material flow and production execution.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Liaise with customer operations to provide updates on order status and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports regarding production progress, material usage, and capacity planning.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of production planning concepts, supply chain logistics, and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and preferably SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
