Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily plant operations including production scheduling, maintenance, and quality control
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Manage plant budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance metrics
- Optimize supply chain processes and inventory management systems
- Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and employee development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10 years manufacturing experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in P&L management and operational excellence
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process optimization
- Experience with regulatory compliance (ISO, OHSAS, environmental standards)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven performance management
