We are currently seeking a dedicated Plant Operations Assistant to join our growing team in the West Region. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facility. You will support senior staff in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity across all plant operations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with routine maintenance tasks, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring that all operational protocols are strictly followed. You will also be involved in inventory management and general housekeeping to ensure the workspace remains safe and organized. We are looking for a proactive individual who is eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operations and workflow of the plant facility.
- Monitor machinery and equipment to ensure they are running efficiently and safely.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage and track inventory levels for spare parts and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with the operations team to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or plant operations setting is preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of safety standards.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift moderate weights.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts or overtime as required by the business.
