Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily injection molding operations, including machine setup, parameter adjustments, and cycle time optimization
- Lead and mentor production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Monitor production output, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and collaborate with engineering teams for equipment upgrades
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to prevent production bottlenecks
- Generate production reports, analyze KPIs, and recommend process improvements
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and company quality control procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding, with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, materials (PP, ABS, HDPE), and machinery
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or quality management systems preferred
- Proficient in using manufacturing software (MES, ERP) and data analysis tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
