You will be responsible for coordinating materials flow, optimizing storage systems, and ensuring efficient utilization of MES/ERP systems to support our manufacturing processes.
As a key member of our operations team, you'll oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. You'll collaborate with production teams to ensure timely material availability and implement best practices for warehouse efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in both production planning and warehouse management, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production planning schedules to optimize manufacturing efficiency
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate material flow to support production needs
- Utilize MES/ERP systems to monitor production processes and generate performance reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices in warehouse operations
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing training and performance feedback
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Continuously improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production planning and warehouse management
- Proficiency in MES/ERP systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing warehouse teams
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the solar energy or manufacturing industry preferred
