Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of PMO or project coordination experience in ICT sector
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana)
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with budget forecasting and resource optimization
