Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and coordinate vessel arrivals, berthing, and departures schedules.
- Process and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading and certificates of origin.
- Liaise effectively with shipping agents, trucking companies, and port authorities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of cargo inventories and operational logs.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety protocols and port regulations.
- Resolve operational discrepancies and delays to ensure timely cargo release.
- Assist in the preparation of daily operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Transport Operations.
- Strong understanding of port procedures, customs regulations, and cargo handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel for data entry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends as required by port operations.
