Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with key customers to architect and implement scalable AI and machine learning solutions on Google Cloud.
- Conduct deep-dive technical workshops and architecture reviews to address complex customer pain points.
- Provide expert guidance on MLOps, data pipelines, and best practices for implementing Google Cloud AI services.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback that influences roadmap development.
- Drive the adoption of Cloud AI technologies to maximize customer Return on Investment (ROI).
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Google Cloud's AI portfolio, including Vertex AI and TensorFlow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, cloud architecture, or software engineering.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and neural networks.
- Strong proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Compute Engine, BigQuery, and AI Platform.
- Experience with distributed systems, big data technologies, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences.
