Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into robust engineering solutions.
- Develop detailed technical proposals and solution designs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Provide pre-sales support during the bidding and negotiation phases.
- Work closely with the implementation team to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role.
- Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure and solution architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel within Singapore as required.
