Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions for property management systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting best practices and code quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high standards of software development
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our technical stack
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring system reliability and performance
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to strategic technology decisions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software systems and processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks relevant to our technology stack
- Proven experience with system architecture design and scalable application development
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with property management systems or related industries is a plus
