Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end process improvement projects using data-driven methodologies.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards for executive reporting.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets for deeper insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to reduce operational costs.
- Present data findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Automate reporting processes to increase team productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process innovation, business analysis, or data analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (Data Modeling, DAX, and Power Query).
- Strong command of SQL (T-SQL) for database querying and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record of turning data into actionable business insights.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present complex data to non-technical audiences.
