- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships for long-term partnerships
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in procurement
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Manage procurement documentation including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and delivery timelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with track record of cost savings
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000) and quality control standards
