Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for shared services across multiple business units
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery criteria
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts to optimize value for the organization
- Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Develop and maintain procurement documentation including RFQs, contracts, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and align procurement strategies
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for process improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of contract optimization
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification highly desirable
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Knowledge of Singaporean procurement regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
