Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle for medical device components and raw materials
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to optimize costs and supplier performance
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service level terms with global suppliers
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and other medical device regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to align procurement with product development
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead risk management activities for supply chain disruptions and quality assurance
- Drive sustainability initiatives in procurement processes and supplier selection
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of procurement experience in medical devices or regulated manufacturing
- Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM) or equivalent preferred
- Expert knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO standards, and medical device compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement analytics tools
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record in complex supplier agreements
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and cross-border supplier relationships
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
