Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage the procurement process for interior design fit-out and construction materials.
- Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best value for money and quality.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) while maintaining accurate records of inventory and stock levels.
- Collaborate closely with design teams and project managers to ensure material specifications match project requirements.
- Track project milestones and procurement timelines to ensure timely delivery and project completion.
- Review invoices and ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and budgets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing within the construction/fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and interior design standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
