Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
- Negotiate favorable terms, prices, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to optimize procurement strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs to prevent stockouts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand operational requirements and deliverables.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement or purchasing within the retail or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement best practices, and vendor management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing relationships.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
