As a Procurement Specialist, you will act as a key business partner, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing our supply chain network. Your expertise will directly contribute to our financial health and operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from requisition and sourcing to negotiation, order placement, and delivery tracking.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and select vendors that align with our quality and cost standards.
- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements with suppliers to maximize value and minimize expenditure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities, invoices, and inventory levels.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify strategic sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing vendors and key stakeholders across the organization.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and resolve any supply chain issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics management.
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated track record of achieving cost reductions and favorable contract terms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
