Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and purchasing materials, goods, and services required for company operations.
- Managing vendor relationships, negotiating terms, and ensuring quality standards.
- Preparing and processing purchase orders and invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinating with the logistics and transport team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Assisting in the administration of procurement policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Open for Fresh Graduate or with 0-1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
