Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle for next-generation NAND technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven methodologies to optimize development processes, improve yield rates, and enhance system-level integration.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including design, process engineering, and manufacturing to ensure product quality and performance.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, proactively resolving bottlenecks to keep projects on schedule.
- Define and execute strategic product roadmaps, making critical decisions on architecture and feature prioritization.
- Present technical progress and project milestones to senior leadership and external partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in semiconductor product development, with a focus on NAND or DRAM memory technologies.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of engineers and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor physics, memory architecture, and system-level integration principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data to drive product improvements.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
