Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure product compliance with industry standards
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and develop continuous improvement strategies
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production documentation
- Train production staff on new processes and safety protocols
- Monitor material usage and implement waste reduction initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Experience with CAD software and production planning tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams
