Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure targets are met efficiently
- Implement and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process
- Monitor production metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance teams
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal utilization of production resources

Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, and lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate across departments
