Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production/finishing operations to meet quality and output targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams through performance coaching and skill development
- Implement and maintain safety protocols, quality control systems, and operational best practices
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and new product implementations
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years in production supervision or manufacturing leadership role
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, and safety regulations
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance in fast-paced environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Proficiency in production management software (ERP, MES systems)
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives
