- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met efficiently and on time.
- Implement and monitor strict quality control procedures to maintain product excellence.

- Optimize manufacturing processes and supply chain logistics to reduce waste and costs.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Analyze production data and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a managerial role within the manufacturing or transport sector.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and production management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
