Join Mitra Bali Sukses as a Production Manager for our CK Noodle production line and drive operational excellence in one of Indonesia's most dynamic food manufacturing hubs. This critical role requires a hands-on leader to optimize production workflows, ensure strict quality compliance, and achieve maximum efficiency in yield management. You'll oversee daily operations while implementing lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and enhance productivity. The position offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex production challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in food production standards, team leadership, and data-driven process optimization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire CK Noodle production line operations from raw material to finished product
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure product consistency and safety standards
- Optimize production processes to maximize yield efficiency and minimize waste
- Manage production schedules and resource allocation to meet daily/weekly targets
- Lead and develop production teams through training, performance monitoring, and motivation
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality assurance departments
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in production management within food manufacturing
- Proven track record in yield optimization and waste reduction
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety standards
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced production environments
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred for international supplier coordination
