Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to align with customer demand and business objectives
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities to prevent shortages or overstock
- Analyze production capacity and resource availability to optimize workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks
- Implement and improve production planning methodologies using ERP systems
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for management review
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all planning activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning within manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and production planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex production data
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities in dynamic manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
