Join Lenovo PCCW Solutions as our Production Support Lead (Control-M) and take charge of ensuring the seamless operation of our critical business systems. As a key member of our production services team, you will oversee all activities and be accountable for the optimal functioning of Control-M, our enterprise job scheduling and automation platform.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing a team of production support specialists, implementing best practices for system monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of production issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining high system availability, performance, and security across our IT infrastructure.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all activities in the production services team and ensure optimal performance of Control-M systems
- Lead incident management, problem resolution, and change management processes for production environments
- Develop and implement monitoring strategies to ensure high system availability and performance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement preventive measures
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
- Establish and maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and runbooks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production support with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Expert knowledge of Control-M and enterprise job scheduling platforms
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices for IT service management
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing technical teams
