We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lobby Cleaner to join our team in Singapore. This part-time role is essential for maintaining a pristine, welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. You will be responsible for ensuring the lobby area remains spotless, hygienic, and professionally presented at all times. This position requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, attention to detail, and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
As a key ambassador of our facility, you will perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. You will manage waste disposal, restock amenities, and promptly address any maintenance concerns. The role requires adherence to strict protocols, including proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals. We provide a professional uniform and require compliance with our dress code policy (dark long pants and covered shoes). All staff must complete site sign-in/sign-out procedures for security and attendance tracking.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning of lobby areas including floors, surfaces, and fixtures
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces (door handles, elevator buttons, reception counters)
- Monitor and restock lobby amenities (restrooms, waiting areas)
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to supervisor
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supply inventory
- Adhere to company safety protocols and dress code requirements
- Complete daily sign-in/sign-out procedures as per site regulations
Kualifikasi
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
- Basic communication skills for visitor interactions
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
