In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between Planners, Process Engineers, VMC Programmers, and Production Supervisors to drive operational efficiency and strategic objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing production workflows, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring alignment with company goals while maintaining rigorous quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including Planners, Process Engineers, VMC Programmers, and Production Supervisors
- Develop strategic plans and roadmaps to achieve production targets and operational KPIs
- Coordinate resource allocation and project timelines to ensure milestone delivery
- Implement process optimization initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching for continuous skill development
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive program management experience in manufacturing environments
- Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams in production planning and engineering
- Strong background in VMC programming and CNC machining processes
- Certification in project management (PMP/Prince2) or Six Sigma highly desirable
- Advanced analytical skills for process optimization and performance tracking
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
