We are seeking a motivated and structured IT Project Lead to join our dynamic logistics team at Bosch, a global leader in technology and services. In this pivotal role, you will drive digital transformation initiatives within our supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring seamless integration of IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
As the Project Lead IT (Logistic), you will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, overseeing the full lifecycle of IT projects from initiation to delivery. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing our logistics processes, managing complex project requirements, and implementing robust IT frameworks that support our global logistics network. You will foster a collaborative environment, ensuring that all project milestones are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects within the logistics domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software developers, engineers, and logistics specialists, to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
- Define project scopes, budgets, and resource requirements, while actively mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement and integrate enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and supply chain management tools to improve operational visibility.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to communicate project progress, gather requirements, and ensure user adoption of new technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing logistics data and recommending IT-driven process enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, with a specific focus on supply chain or logistics.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale IT implementations or digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools and enterprise software systems.
