You'll lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycles, from initial planning to post-implementation review, driving innovation and operational excellence in a dynamic tech environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for enterprise data center deployments, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, network, security) to ensure alignment with Japanese client specifications
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables, implementing corrective actions to maintain quality standards
- Manage stakeholder communications across multiple time zones, providing regular status reports
- Oversee budget adherence and financial controls for project expenditures
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for technical and operational challenges
- Ensure compliance with international data center standards (ISO 27001, TIA-942) and Japanese regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure or data center environments
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Strong understanding of data center operations, virtualization, and cloud technologies
- Experience managing projects for Japanese clients or in cross-cultural business settings
- PMP certification or equivalent project management accreditation
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex technical constraints
- Fluent in English with business-level Japanese language skills highly desirable
