Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end delivery of nationwide learning technology programmes from conception to closure
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including instructional designers, developers, and subject matter experts
- Implement and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning ecosystems
- Monitor project KPIs, mitigate risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and SCORM/xAPI specifications
- Manage vendor relationships and technology integrations for learning solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in learning technologies or educational software
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in LMS platforms (Moodle, Cornerstone, TalentLMS) and authoring tools
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
