We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects for our dynamic client in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring, and final delivery—ensuring that all initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
As the leader of the project team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, and mitigating risks to ensure successful digital transformation. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, technical consultants, and client teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that align with organizational goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of SAP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and go-live.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and CGI standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, provide status updates, and manage expectations effectively.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure quality assurance processes are followed throughout the implementation phase.
- Train and mentor junior project managers and team members to foster professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager within the IT consulting or software industry.
- Strong expertise in SAP Project Management, specifically in implementation projects (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors).
- Project Management professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
