Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for water treatment infrastructure across Indonesia
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budget controls
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
- Manage stakeholder communications, client relationships, and vendor partnerships
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and troubleshoot operational challenges
- Oversee project commissioning and transition to operational phases
- Mentor junior team members and foster continuous improvement culture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in water treatment or infrastructure
- Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes, design principles, and commissioning
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification highly desirable
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
