Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of project claims and documentation
  • Support quantity surveying activities including measurement and valuation of work
  • Coordinate between project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation, correspondence, and financial data
  • Assist in monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets
  • Prepare regular reports on project status, issues, and resolutions

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in construction project administration or claims management
  • Familiarity with quantity surveying principles and practices
