Tanggung Jawab
- Manage property viewings, tenant inquiries, and lease documentation with professionalism.
- Coordinate and schedule personal appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Perform general office administration, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Maintain inventory levels for property supplies and office equipment.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors at the property.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property management, administration, or personal assistance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor with a strong service-oriented attitude.
