As a Purchasing Associate, you will act as the bridge between our hotel and suppliers. You will ensure that our departments are stocked with everything they need to deliver exceptional service, from food and beverage supplies to maintenance materials. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Research and identify new suppliers to expand our vendor network and ensure competitive pricing.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Track delivery status and resolve any logistical issues to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Review and verify invoices against purchase orders to ensure accuracy before payment.
- Maintain detailed records of all procurement activities and vendor communications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and supply chain logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build strong vendor relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced hotel environment.
