- Conduct comprehensive quotation analysis and negotiations to optimize procurement terms
- Manage end-to-order processing including purchase orders, follow-ups, and delivery coordination
- Implement cost control measures through strategic sourcing and supplier management
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to align purchasing schedules

Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing or logistics sector
- Strong analytical skills for quotation comparison and cost-benefit analysis
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management abilities
- Knowledge of local supplier networks and market trends
- Certified in procurement (CIPS) or supply chain management preferred
