Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials and supplies
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain logistics
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with purchasing policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics operations
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP/CPIM) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
